Let me know how you liked this ab / core circuit. 4 minutes is really all you need to have an effective ab workout, keep it simple! 30 seconds on 5 seconds off -- I recommend the short rest period so you are really keeping your core on fire throughout the entire circuit , but if you need more take as much as you want & repeat this circuit 3 more times for a longer session
