Hello everyone! Welcome to my new YouTube Series: Milli Bootcamp :P
The first episode is a really intense 15 minute extreme ab workout.
Make sure to pin your lower back to the floor at all times during the workout.
If you can’t do the whole thing at first, don’t worry, it’s a pretty advanced ab workout routine. You can make it easier by not extending your legs fully, or lifting them higher up. You can also make breaks in between.
