Hybrid rerouting trickery using Akoff music composer

What wonders can you do by just simply using a few tools like MIDI Yoke, Akoff Music composer and Renoise and a a virtual audio cable? Midi Yoke is used to Feed the MIDI signals into Renoise which in turn feeds its audio back to Akoff Music composer through the virtual audio cable.
