„Trzy listy“ (Three letters) was composed by Leon Boruński to the lyrics by Jerzy Jurandot in 1939. The author of the text offered the song to Wiera Gran a year later when they met in the Warsaw ghetto. „Trzy listy“ - a sentimental story of a woman trying to hide the pain of the parting and who, being torn apart, writes three versions of the same message to the beloved man: first full of joy, then sarcastic, finally true and dramatic - gave Miss Gran good base to show fully her abilities of the sing
