Install cpp libraries using vcpkg and including them in visual studio

vcpkg is visual c package manager , which installs packages in your system. We can use the installed packages / libraries in visual studio as well as vs code ( by using cmake , makefile ). Visual studio has vcpkg feature in projects properties section .
