R-211 4085 with SEVERE FLAT WHEEL slowly passing Nostrand Avenue - October 20, 2023

On Monday, October 16, 2023 the entire R-211 fleet, with the exception of the pilot set, has been taken OUT OF SERVICE due to computer issues. Seen here is a first look at 4085-4089 4095-4099 since this set was sidelined. 4085 has a severe flat spot on the wheel and is likely heading somewhere to be fixed. Taken on Friday, October 20, 2023. Please excuse the video’s thumbnail displaying the incorrect date. I was tired upon uploading this the next day and mistakenly used the date of upload. Please also excuse any shakiness, I initially recorded this on my Instagram story where sometimes my phone doesn’t use image stabilization. This video was the best I could do.
