Flexibility, stretching, and healing for Muay Thai

Things I do to alleviate fatigue muscles and to gain flexibilities back from the soreness I got from training or sparring. A combination of dynamic streching, static stretching, and some yoga. My main focus is around calf/shin (from getting checked in the kick or kicking heavy bags) and hip/hip flexor. Very important to open that hip so I can kick better and faster.
