Taliban violently stop women protesters from marching to Presidential Palace in Kabul: Reports

Taliban special forces’ members on Saturday used force against a group of women protesters who took to streets in Kabul demanding their rights under the Islamist regime. The women activists were demanding right to work and participation in the new Afghan government that is set to be announced within days. When the women activists tried to march towards presidential palace, they were stopped by the Taliban special forces. The Taliban used teargas and allegedly manhandled and beat the women protesters.
