The achievement is awarded for going through Midtown without being detected by the Sentinels. There are 3 locations in total where you’ll have to avoid detection. If you do get spotted (Sentinel enters red state) pause the game and restart from the last checkpoint. Sentinels are flying robots and you can see their lines of sight which will make it easier to know if you’re successfully avoiding them. First stealth section is in the factory and you have to stay hidden until you reach the room protected by laser grids. Move when it’s safe. You’ll have to use moving objects as cover later in the section. Be careful, because the safe area is going to be small and you’ll have to stay on the move. Second stealth section is the route to the Clementine’s apartment which is going to be guarded by the Sentinels after leaving the factory. Follow our route and watch out for the Sentinels patrolling the area. Third stealth section is the opposite of the second one - you’ll have to leave the apartment complex.
