Taurus Curve Review

Chambered in .380 ACP, the Taurus Curve gets its name from its rounded side to fit the contours of your body. With a minimalist design, the pistol lacks external controls, eliminating the possibility of snagging on the draw. As a “get off me gun“ the Curve is great at 3 yards, but shooting accurately at longer distances becomes a chore. Traditional sights are replaced with a single white line painted on the rear of the slide, so you rely on the flashlight and laser built into the frame. Zeroing the laser is tedious as there’s little to compare it to, and sunlight washes out the beam. The flashlight illuminates a decent sized area but won’t blind a potential bad guy. But where the Curve really shines is carry. It comes with a trigger guard holster that fits over the barrel and trigger, and a clip on the side steadies when concealed. The pistol has a 2-and-a-half inch barrel, a 3-point-7 inch height, less than 1-and a quarter inches wide, and 10-point-2 ounce weight. The petite gun with a unique shape allows carry for a whole wardrobe of options -- not just those sporting a belt and jeans. But PRACTICE YOUR DRAW! The small grip takes getting used to, but trigger and recoil are excellent. And like most pocket guns, the Curve is not a fan of cheap ammo. Premium only folks. The Taurus Curve retails for less than 400 bucks. Thanks for watching. For more information, check out the article on . Please like, share and subscribe.
