Automated Toy Figure Assembly with FANUC M-1iA Robots by Devlinks Robotics and Automation
Automated toy assembly:
Devlinks Robotics and Automation has designed and Engineered an automated assembly system, which sorts and assembles varying types of toy figures. Plastic molded parts are fed into the system and loaded onto small pallets that travel through the various stages of the process assembling both the upper and lower halves of the figure simultaneously. After the assembly process has completed, each piece is re-oriented for custom printing. Quality checks are integrated into every critical step, ensuring every figure is properly assembled, while rejects are removed without interrupting production.
