Nico: Janitor of Lunacy (bass cover) aka Ebow on Bass 5

I was experimenting with the Ebow and thought, wouldn’t it be cool to sing something jolly on this layer of death and reverb? So here’s a cover of Janitor of Lunacy by Nico. I found it meditative and infuriating in equal measure, mainly because of the amount of control it takes to maintain the Ebow steady (it doesn’t sit in place on the body like it does on an electric guitar) so the volume doesn’t fluctuate too much, and the amount of vocal control it takes me to be vaguely in pitch. Not that I think a Nico cover should be approached with a perfectionist mindset. Anyway, I’m rambling on, enjoy I guess.
