Soffgruppen was an avant-garde and experimental jazz band from Gothenburg with connections to the music movement. The sofa group consisted of Matz Nilsson on electric bass and double bass, Anders Kjellberg on drums, percussion and bells, Pierre Swärd on piano, hammond organ and koskälla and Clas Yngström on guitar. On the album Greatest Sits (Nacksving 031-02, 1975) the American Stephen Franckevich also appeared on trumpet. They also appeared on the compilation albums Nacksving - et samlat grep fra Götet (Nacksving 031-01, 1975) and Det nyjazzte från Göteborg (Caprice Records CAP 3006, 1977) Tracks: 01.
