Free motion quilting loops

I’m demonstrating how to do a beginner friendly free motion quilting design called loops. Loops are a versatile design and you can combine them with other free motion quilting stitches to make unique designs. I am quilting on my Baby Lock Regent, which is a sit down quilting machine.
