Charging into battle, the gunner peppers nearby houses with bullets. That allows his comrades to tend to their wounded. Robotyne has been the site of fierce fighting for weeks. But Ukraine is now thought to be in control of the whole town. It forms part of the first Russian defensive line in the area.
