Kanreikai Karate NY: Kihon Sono Yon (Fourth Kata)

All Kanreikai NY students learn traditional katas - detailed patterns of movements practiced either solo or in pairs. This is the fourth kata all students learn and is a requirement in order to earn a yellow belt with orange tip.
