Ivan Laskovsky - Mazurka,

Mazurka in g minor. Favorite moment for me is how he goes on after the furious little section starting with the e flat minor. It’s a beautiful flow when he writes “tranquillo“ and it reminds me of Chopin, for example when in the second Piano Concerto first movement the melody “searches“ for the next place to go. (Could quote where exactly, but you know..). I think it’s a good mazurka, but Laskovsky has some quite amazing ones also...
