Loadout Not Available [SFM]

When the item server is down, I see it as both a blessing and a curse. When it’s down, the game returns back to it’s bare roots (nearly) and you’re forced to return to a time when there were no hats, no alternate items or taunts. Just pure Team Fortress 2. However. What is Team Fortress 2 but a miserable pile of hats? Half of the game is taken away from you, with no way to change your loadout to counter the enemy, or show off your enormous wealth of items. The game is very different from what it used to be,
