Destiny 2 Episode Revenant - Solo New Vespers Host Dungeon First Encounter “Activation“ w/ No Dupe. Just a quick video showing the first encounter in the newly added dungeon during Episode Revenant, on contest mode with the timer. Details below. Can’t say I expected the first encounter to be this difficult to solo, but happy enough to get it done. Xur came in clutch with the Syntho/Assassin class item today. Not sure how much more of the dungeon will be possible to solo on contest mode, I’ve seen a lot of comments about the bosses being impossible to meet the damage, so will have to see when I get there. I’m at the point where it’s probably best to just go do a normal clear for guides at this stage, but I’ll see how the rest of it is. I was also told after doing this that you can dupe the nukes on this encounter. That would’ve made it a million times easier, considering you don’t have to deal with an entire extra room and the giant Brig at the end. But regardless, it’s still possible without.
