So light and delicious! INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 cup milk 1 cup white flour 2 tablespoons olive oil DIRECTIONS Beat together the eggs, salt and sugar. Add the milk, and then the flour, mixing until smooth. At the end add olive oil, mix well. Laddle 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter into the skillet, and tilt it around so the batter spreads out to make a thin pancake. The batter will firm up quickly.
