I love freshly made corn tortillas, and I make them often in my house, they are delicious and very easy to make if you have the right technique. You will need 3 ingredients, and I’m going to show you how to make them step by step so you can enjoy them too. I hope you give this recipe a try. ❤️ THIS RECIPE MAKES 8-9 INGREDIENTS————————— 1 1/2 C. Maseca Nixta masa instant corn flour (lightly packed) 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/4 C. Warm water (could be a pinch less or more) TIPS—————————- 1. Griddle set at Med/high heat 2. If you see cracks in masa when making balls it’s because it’s too dry, add more water 1 tsp at a time 3. They puff up better if not too thick 4. Always keep masa and balls covered 5. Adjust heat if using cast iron 6.
