Welcome to my second page “AmericanTimeTraveler“. This channel will be devoted to uploading performances by American classical musicians up to the ’80s. There will be some otherwise or from afterwards, if possible, The reason behind this name is that the audio to all videos here will be remastered, meaning you’ll get to see and hear historical performances with a modernized sound that’s similar to what you hear in person or from recently-released recordings. In a way, it will be more like traveling back in time.
In this video from 1954, the Chicago Symphony performs Beethoven’s 7th symphony under the direction of Hungarian-American conductor Fritz Reiner.
Hope you enjoy!

I present this remastering work to you under the context of Fair Use (Section 107) from the Copyright Law of the United States of America. This video isn’t and shouldn’t be intended for commercial use since I do not get revenue off of my videos and I will not permit such from anyone. It is regarded more as a nonprofit educational resource and something people can use for research or criticism/debate on the nature of this recording or maybe the ethics of remastering.
