Гимнастика. BALLET CORE workout with ballerina Maria Khoreva

In this video “BALLET CORE workout“ we’re going to do some of my favorite core exercises with a ballet twist. We will work on our abs, obliques and back muscles as well as tone our legs. Recently I’ve been doing these exercises to warm up before my morning ballet class so I’d say this is a warmup workout as well!
