Germany: Pegida activists surrounded by counter-protesters in Munich

Around 40 Pegida supporters gathered to protest at Sendlinger Tor, Munich, on Saturday, where they were faced with hundreds of Antifa activists. The right-wing activists held banners reading “stop the asylum flood.“ There was a heavy police presence at the protests and no incidents of violence were reported, while a photographer, allegedly working for Pegida, was led away by the police and reportedly arrested shortly after.
