Non-Citizen Appointed To San Francisco Election Board!

Kelly Wong is an immigrant from Hong Kong who was recently appointed to San Francisco’s elections board. What’s unusual about this case is that Wong is not a U.S. citizen. But thanks to a recent change in the city’s statutes, non-citizens are now allowed to serve on San Francisco’s city boards. Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss whether it’s appropriate for a non-citizen to monitor an American city’s elections.
