432HZ GRID AND CHAKRAS
Just as a melody can be composed by the use of the seven notes of an octave, the 7 chakras create the soundtrack of our existence as human beings. And just as the construction of a house begins with the foundation, the work on the Chakras also starts from the bottom. Based on a 432Hz grid, it is starting from the lowest Chakra frequency and rising successively:
Root Chakra ( C 256Hz) - Sacral Chakra ( D 288Hz) - Solar Plexus Chakra ( E 324Hz) - Heart Chakra ( F 343/ F# 364Hz) - Throat Chakra ( G 384Hz) - Third Eye Chakra ( A 432Hz) - Crown Chakra ( B 486Hz).
432 Hz tuned music was associated with a slight decrease of mean (systolic and diastolic) blood pressure values (although not significant), a marked decrease in the mean of heart rate (− bpm, p = ) and a slight decrease of the mean respiratory rate values (1 r.a., p = ), compared to 440 Hz. The subjects were more focused about listening to music and more generally satisfied after the sessions in which they listened to 432 Hz tuned music.
