NYPD Arrests Chokehold Cameraman

The man who recorded video of a fatal police chokehold in New York City has been arrested for carrying an unlicensed gun. 22-year-old Ramsey Orta is being charged with criminal possession of a weapon, but he says the NYPD targeted him because he filmed the Eric Garner chokehold. Civil rights activists are now demanding that the federal government step in and take control of the chokehold case.
