Ukraine’s 79th Brigade commandos devastate Russian armoured attacks on Novomykhailivka

Elite Ukrainian commandos have thwarted Russian armoured attacks on the town of Novomykhalivka using deadly drones and precise artillery strikes. Footage from three separate battles over the last month show how Russia has thrown columns of tanks and armoured vehicles at the small town, in the west of Donetsk, and soldiers of the 79th Air Assault Brigade have blown them to pieces one by one. Russia is thought to have lost more than 40 tanks and armoured vehicles in the attacks and an unknown number of soldiers, whilst almost no territory has changed hands.
