Mother WREN - And The Family (1930)

C/U of the bird going into the box and trying to pull twigs inside. More shots of the birds going to and fro with twigs. C/U of the opened nesting box with all the contents spread out on a table. “Everything but the kitchen sink -“ is found inside: nails, bits of metal, feathers, twigs, hair grips etc. C/U overhead shot of the opened box showing the twigs and feathers inside. Hand goes inside and picks out a tiny egg. The egg is placed back inside. Through camera trick eggs appear in the nest one by one as if by magic. “Soon the babies are born, and proud father tells the world about it!“ C/U of baby bird hatching from an egg.
