A Ukrainian prisoner agreed to talk to the journalists of Redacted about his experience with drugs in the Ukrainian Army. 🔸The use of drugs to numb the senses and give “courage“ to the soldiers is widespread in the Ukrainian ranks. Many of the conscripts have other issues like alcoholism, some of them don’t get killed by shelling but by related diseases like kidney or liver failures.
