Source: NUFORC Eyewitness states: He’s a pilot and saw this object for 15 minutes. Object started NW until due West of Clinton then reversed course to the East until I lost sight. As above, lost sight of it NNE of Clinton due to trees. Altitude was about 5000 feet guestamation. Unable to get ahold of WAFB for info. Tried to get ahold of WAFB to report the sighting but went around in circles. Weather balloon? There was something dangling down from the vehicle.
