Restoration of a Family Heirloom Vintage Watch - 1960s Certina - ASMR - cal 28-10

In this video I make a restoration of a family member’s vintage Certina watch. This watch has passed through 3 generations! A son bought it for his dads 60th birthday during the 1960s but eventually inherited it. The son is 90 years old today and gave it to his 59 year old son. I think this watch has been serviced before but it might be 50 years ago or something, the mainspring looked quite good so I kept that one. After the restoration the watch runs around /- 10 seconds per day.
