Pasta Grandpas join the Grannies in friendly pasta competition! | Pasta Grannies

Everyone’s a winner! Every July the village of Mercatello Sul Metauro encourages men to brush up their pasta making skills and take part in a competition. Friends Maria, Lina, Teresa, Daniele and Pasquale share their expertise in this episode. For the pasta: 3 eggs and 300g 00 flour. For the sauce: 200g ’goletta’ or guanciale, or pancetta (cubed), one onion, one large or two small zucchini, salt and black pepper.
