Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway SUMMER GALA 24-26/06/2016

Once again the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway, has, despite some unsettled weather conditions, has laid on an action packed Summer Steam Gala. Due to family commitments, I was only able to visit this on Saturday afternoon, covering the Northern part of the line, but the all out action of both visiting and home based locos gave a superb show on this steeply graded line. It was good to meet up with Liam and Phil Marsh, and I look forward to seeing what they captured during their visit.
