an animation project that essentially is compiled of work that took the span of about 3-4 months. from learning environment design, character modeling, rigging, texturing, etc. I can’t emphasize how much it takes to make each piece.
animating something like this was something i always kinda wanted to do, if i do more, i gotta get used to animating in 24 FPS, get familiar with the rigs of each character, and animate in a manner that allows for first-person and third-person views. before, i only had to make sure it looked good in first-person for gun mods.
the 3rd person in this was sort of an afterthought, so it’s not the best looking and is cut short. after spending who knows how long animating guns for l4d2 mods, the 1st person part was easy for the most part, but adjusting to different settings took a while.
