*HDPS* Rogue Single Target BUILD for Endgame - Neverwinter Mod 20

I have played my rogues dps character for some time now, and have finally got it’s gear to here I like it. So here is my single target build which you should easily be able to stay competitive with the other high end dps characters out there. (However some classes will still out dps us, no matter how hard we try).
