At a time like this, isolated from our loved ones, many of us could be feeling lost and lonely. Now more than ever we all have a responsibility to share hope and light wherever possible. Music has always been my release, and just before this crisis really got hold of our country, I had the joy of performing at The London Palladium with Joseph Calleja and the BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Richard Balcombe, as part of the BBC Radio 2 ’Friday Night Is Music Night’ series. Whilst we’re all stuck inside, I thought it might be special to bring the Palladium to your homes… without the need to get dressed up! Here is our live performance of one of the greatest anti-love songs ever written, ’If I Loved You’, featuring the wonderful BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Richard Balcombe.
