The Mickey Mouse Talking Telephone and Jumpin’ Mrs. Potato Head are the subject of the first ad. The talking phone featured multiple Disney characters in addition to Mickey Mouse. At :44, Mrs. Potato Head dusts the house, polishes the floor and makes popcorn thanks to her spring loaded mechanism. At 1:13, the Mary Poppins Talking Telephone and Jumpin’ Mr. Potato Head are featured in a similar ad. Jumpin’ Mr. Potato Head comes with a fishing net, jackhammer and a kite.
