Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo discusses his vision for Europe

Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo will address the European Parliament in Strasbourg to outline his vision for Europe’s challenges and future. This will be the fourteenth in the This is Europe series of debates with European heads of state and the first in 2024. Orpo became Prime Minister of Finland on 20 June 2023. Before that he served as a member of the national parliament, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry (2014–2015), Minister of the Interior (2015–2016) and Minister of Finance (2016–2019).
