200g firm tofu
1 spring onion (20g)
3 tablespoons cornflour or potato starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 pinches white pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Some lettuce leaves
Burger buns

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sugar

3 tablespoons vegan lemon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
A pinch of salt
