Blarney Pilgrim Jig (Traditional) Tara Howley : Tara howley is a multi award winning instrumentalist, singer songwriter & composer from kilfenora , . Having both studied classical and traditional music for the past 14 years , tara has 13 all ireland gold medals to her name. She is current uilleann piper with Riverdance for the past 6 years and is also the first female piper to perform with Riverdance in 25 years. She has toured extensively in Europe, Asia , America and Canada and most recently has performed in Dublins 3arena and New Yorks Radio City Music Hall. Tara has recorded live with the RTE concert orchestra as a soloist on the uilleann pipes and whistle and also as part of the ensamble for the new re recorded Riverdance Album. She has also performed with the Grammy nominated ‘ Afro Celt Sound System’, Sir James Galway, Bill Whelan an exclusive concert for Stephen Speilberg . As well as performing Tara has featured on a number of documentaries & movies. She has recoded pieces for the sound track for the ’John Humme in America’ documentary, that premiered in 2017 & her music is featured on the new animated movie ‘ Riverdance the animated adventure’ featuring Pierce Brosnan & Liam Neeson. Tara is working on a new album of original songs and tunes to be released in 2022 and can be found on all social media platforms under ‘ Tara Howley Music’. Faliq Auri : Faliq Auri is an all-rounder multi woodwind artist who plays Uilleann Pipes, Flute, Saxophone and EWI. Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Faliq has performed at various gigs and festivals around the world such as SXSW 2016 in USA, Ireland, UK, Chile, Peru, Oman, Singapore and Indonesia. Apart from being a mainstream woodwind artist, Faliq is known for his fusion musical style and has performed with notable artists including Hamza Namira, DJ Fuzz, Altimet, Imran Ajmain, Raihan , Alif Satar The Locos. He has recorded Uilleann Pipes for Boyce Avenue and has been working on his own arrangements with his band named ODIA. As an ‘instrument singer’, Faliq loves exploring the art of fusion music and has been experimenting elements combinations through his compositions.
