Carers NSW hosted ’An Afternoon with the Helfgotts: Shining a Light on Carers’ on Sunday 17 August 2014 to raise awareness of carers and carer issues in NSW. This corporate event featured renowned pianist David Helfgott and his wife and devoted carer, Gillian; as well as reporter, presenter and TV personality Chris Bath and carers from around the state.
