Hanagasa Matsuri 2015 - Japanese Flower Hat Dance of Yamagata 山形花笠まつり

The Hanagasa Festival in Yamagata City in the northern Japan region of Tohoku is the big summer festival of the area which takes place the first week of August. Over a thousand people participate in dancing with flower hats down the street.
