Full title reads: “Careless Motorists Beware!“. VS of policeman walking along line of parked cars checking to make sure that the owners have locked the cars and removed distributor arms. He finds one car that has its windows open and key in the ignition. He closes windows, removes rotor arm, lets the air out of the tyres and leaves a note informing the owner. N.B. During the time when invasion was believed imminent, it was illegal to leave a car without making it immobile in case it was taken over and used by an invader.
