Join me for my new yoga and stretchig flow - an artistic, skilled vinyasa-style yoga with inversions. Practicing yoga asana is one of my favourite things to do - I am thankful I can share it & hope to inspire others to live their dreams and lead healthy lives to. And while yoga asana feels good in the body & is cool to watch, it’s only one small part of yoga. Yoga is also about increasing self-awareness, BEING in PRESENCE, & offering compassion to yourself & others. Living in HARMONY with NATURE & the WORLD around us. 🌱 🌸 🌎♻️.
