Elena Dementieva v. Agnieszka Radwanska 2009 Sydney QF highlights

The 1st set of this match ALMOST looks like peak Elena from 2004/2005. With 21 winners, Elena smothered Aga from the baseline, but she was never going to maintain that level, so she choked a few leads in the 2nd and 3rd sets and let Aga back in. You can see at several points at the end of the second and beginning of the third set Elena was REALLY battling some inner demons to get through this match. 3 games are missing from the middle of the second set, but you’re only missing a few good points. This reel is 30 minutes, but this nearly 3 hour match was really not that good for the most part. Enjoy the best of it what it had to offer.
