Seafood Yakisoba Noodles Recipe (Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp Squid and Pork) | Cooking with Dog
We are making my favorite, Yakisoba noodles with the savory flavors of pork, shrimp and squid. Enjoy the delicious yakisoba with plenty of vegetables and meat!
How to make Seafood Yakisoba Noodles
(1 person) Cook Time: 30 minutes
1 package Fresh Ramen Noodles, thick noodle type, 120g/4.2 oz for 1 person
70g Cabbage Leaves (2.5 oz)
50g Onion (1.8 oz)
10g Carrot (0.4 oz)
20g Garlic Chives (0.7 oz)
50g Pork Belly Slices, 5cm/2“ pieces (1.8 oz)
50g Shrimp and Squid (1.8 oz)
1/2 tsp Potato Starch
- Seasoning -
Salt
Pepper
Sake
1/2 tsp Potato Starch
1/2 tbsp Ginger Root, chopped
Sesame Oil
Vegetable Oil
- Sauce -
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sake
2 tbsp Chicken Stock, 1 tsp chicken stock powder 2 tbsp hot water
Pepper
- Toppings -
Beni Shoga, pickled ginger, optional
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
