This is a realistic mechanical model of a car I designed and built in about 300 hours and over the course of 6 months. I do not have plans for the car, but I might make them if the demand is high enough.
Technical characteristics:
- Crossplane V8 with a bug catcher intake
- Hydraulic dual-piston clutch
- 3 Speed R straight cut, constant mesh manual transmission gearbox
- Open differential
- Hydraulic (single piston) disc brakes with 70mm rotors
- Realistic ackermann rack & pinion steering
