Yes, I “cheated“ in some spots.
Changes made to Hogger:
When Hogg Wild hits a hero, slow it by 35% for seconds
Hogg Wild’s damage bonus from rage now applies against non-heroes, and is increased 2x against heroes
Hogg Wild range increased to 100
Hogg Wild duration increased to 11 seconds
Hogg Wild hitting a hero causing it to slow probably caused some of the out of bounds seen, but it can happen normally, too. It just made it more likely cause of how jank my implementation is.
