Munknörr - Valkyrja

The valkyries (from the old Norse: valkyrja) are dísir, minor female entities that served Odin under the command of Freyja, in Norse mythology. His purpose was to choose the most heroic of those who fell in battle and take them to Valhalla where they became einherjar.
